Requirements:

1. Ensure that you are on gingerbread 2.3.* 
2. Charge your phone to a good battery level(80%+).
3. Download ClockworkMod Recovery (CWM) recovery HERE
4. Download TheMythICS_Lite.zip HERE

NOTE:
>>Don’t use KIES to backup

>>It’s always better to backup all your data present in your phone because after the firmware update the data present in the device may get lost or corrupted. To keep it simple, you can make use of below mentioned tips so as to backup / restore the data.

How to install CWN ClockworkMod and TheMythICS Lite.

1. Connect your phone to your computer via the USB Cable.
2. Copy TheMythICS_Lite.zip and ClockWorkModAce.zip file on SDcard.
3. Completely switch off the phone.
4. Reboot by pressing (Home+Power button) and then release only the power button.
5. Now goto apply update from sdcard  >then< select the ClockWorkModAce.zip
6. That`s it... After the process completed reboot your phone.
7. Now you will have ClockWorkMod(CWM) on your phone.
8. Switch off your phone and re start it in CWM mode by pressing (home+power button)
9. goto wipe data/Factory reset THEN click yes.
10.  Wipe cache partition THEN Click yes.
11. Click Install Zip from SD card THEN select the TheMythICS_Lite.zip file AND Click yes.
12. When it shows install from Sdcard complete THEN go to main menu and restart the phone.
